Refunds, Exchanges & Shipping – Valiente Shop

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Returns:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
• Once we receive your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

• If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please email us at hello@valientemedia.net with your order number, details of the item you're returning, and the product or size you’d like in exchange.
• Exchange items must also be unworn and in original condition.

Shipping & Responsibility:

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
• For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
